Carrie Lynn Certa started her career on the producing team for various televised docu-series but soon after getting her feet wet, she spread her wings to indie feature films, which found her Line Producing in Ethiopia and has had her working abroad in India, France and the Philippians.
Having worked in television, feature films and new media in both creative and logistical capacities, along side networks, studios and in the independent world, she has a wide range of skill sets she brings to every table. She has grown exponentially as a producer, not only through her practical experience, by utilizing the various educational programs provided by the Producers Guild of America. Grateful for the “free film school” she is now serving a second year as the Vice President, Chair of the PGA AP Council in order to continue her education and keep abreast of the next best thing in our industry.
In 2018, Carrie was named one of the “50 Women Who Can Change Media Entertainment” by Gloria Felt’s Take the Lead and with every new technological development and change in our industry, it’s important that you can change with it.
