Carrie Lynn Certa is a 2 time Emmy Nominated Producer having worked on various televisions series and independent feature films in the United States and around the world. She has international experience as a Line Producer, having worked on location in Ethiopia, India, France and the Philippines. Able to bridge both the creative and logistical needs of a production, she brings an enormous skill set to every network and studio project she joins. Trained in the theater, Carrie’s work both on and off the stage has brought opportunities in live stage performance, as well as theater productions.
A perpetual “student of the business”, Carrie believes deeply in staying current in industry trends and technology, and will often organize panels and seminars for the betterment of her colleagues. An active member of both the PGA and the SAG-AFTRA Conservatory, she is most proud of serving as the Vice President/AP Council of the Producers Guild of America.
In 2020, Carrie was awarded The “AP Council Commitment Award” which is given to a PGA AP Council member who, in the opinion of the AP Council Board of Delegates, has made extraordinary and long-standing contributions to the guild that have changed and improved the PGA as a whole.
In 2018, she was named one for the “50 Women Who Can Change Media/Entertainment” by Gloria Felt’s Take the Lead organization. Her passion for inclusion and diversity is evident in every aspect of her work.

15+ years of Line Producing series, feature films and new media in both studio and independent productions, which includes script breakdowns, budgets and schedules.
Developed feature films, TV and New Media projects working directly with producers and writers.
